I sent an info inquiry through the website, and Jon called me 10 minutes later, even after hours, to talk about the problem. He was at my place the next morning at 8 am. He was quickly able to diagnose the problem and was able to work with the home warranty program to have the repairs covered. Jon needed apart from Eden Prairie, and was able to quickly order the part, pick it up, and return within an hour to finish the repair. In addition, Jon called the following day to ensure the furnace was working correctly. Very impressed!
