Unfortunately, our AC broke last Sunday… After finally getting ahold of the builder and their AC guy (took 2 days just to talk to someone �), it was going to be weeks before they could come out to fix our AC!!!! So we contacted Encore Heating and Air on Wednesday, later that afternoon they were out at our house and told us the compressor in our AC was shot and we needed a new one. Fortunately, the parts are still under warranty! Today (Friday) Encore Heating and Air was at our house bright and early fixing and replacing our AC!!!!
I could not recommend this company enough! Not only were they able to come out the day we called them, but only 36 hours later they were back with the new part fixing our air conditioning and now we have a nice cool house!!!
