I called Encore Heating and Air as a first time customer after my air conditioning went out during 90+ degree weather.

Encore told me when they would be at the house. They arrived within an hour of my initial call. The technician was extremely professional and pleasant throughout the service call. He took great care to explain what he was doing and what he found wrong in layman’s terms. In addition to being very effective as an HVAC professional, he was a great communicator. He had the part needed to repair my air conditioner in his truck, which helped expedite the repair. He answered all of my questions. He also did a good job of cleaning up before leaving. I felt the cost of making the repair to my air conditioner was reasonable.

I found working with Encore to be extremely pleasant and would highly recommend them to others. Based on my experience today, they will be my go-to HVAC Contractor in Chaska, MN. Moving Forward.
