Unfortunately, our AC broke last Sunday… After finally getting ahold of the builder and their AC guy (took 2 days just to talk to someone �), it was going to be weeks before they could come out to fix our AC!!!! So we contacted Encore Heating and Air on Wednesday, later that afternoon they were out at our house and told us the compressor in our AC was shot and we needed a new one. Encore did an awesome job getting us through an unfortunately timed event. Our furnace died on the eve of the coldest day of the season. Nate was at our house immediately and quickly diagnosed the situation. Our heater core was cracked in multiple spots and we needed a new furnace. Nate was able to have a unit the next day and was at the house promptly at 8:00 am. In the interim, he gave us several electrical heaters to help us through the night.
