“Called Jon Kraemer 2 hours ago when I found out our pilot light would not light. He was at our house 20 minutes later, quickly diagnosed that if was a circuit board. Drove to Bloomington from Chaska to pick up a new board (after working hours) from a distributor, returned to our house and installed it in 10 minutes. Price was well below what we were expecting due to the last minute nature of the call. Customer service was great, was super friendly and openly discussed what the options were. I will absolutely use him again when it’s time to replace our AC and furnace, and would refer him to any of my friends and family.”
