Jon did an amazing job for us. It is rare that, within a small business, you would find the service person answering a call, during a service call that they are on. We have a daughter with a health condition that requires us to have the a/c and furnace working at all times. Unfortunately, our air went out yesterday. Jon took my call at 1 pm yesterday. He was at our house at 6:15 pm, that very same day, in order to fix the issue. Ironically, our neighbour a/c was acting up as well. Jon did not have my neighbour on his schedule. He also fixed my neighbours system while he was here. I Highly recommend him and his staff to get the best services of furnace services in Eden Prairie and the surrounding areas.
