Encore was fantastic to work with. I had an emergency with a broken air conditioner. They came up out as soon as possible, fitting in between schedules, and fixed me up in no time. Prices seemed fair (although I have little experience with prices in this area of homeownership). I had great, respectful service and will definitely call again when my AC service in Chaska, MN .
